Antistatic FIBCs(Bigbag)

All products of Antistatig bigbag in 4 groups are produced with certificates obtained from objective test houses recognized by our industry.

FIBC – Type A

Standard bigbag- No static protection
Safe way of usage: Used for the transportation of non flammable or non explosive goods. There should be no flammable or explosive solvent or gas in the environment. .
Never Use: For the transportation of flammable or explosive goods. If there exists any flammable or explosive gas in the environment.

FIBC – Type B

Standart bigbag- Bigbag type produced with special fabric with low tension value.
Safe way of usage: Used for the transportation of dry and flammable products in powder shape. Manufactured either with or without liner. There should be no flammable or explosive solvent or gas in the environment.
Never Use: If there exists any flammable or explosive gas in the environment.

FIBC- Type C

Conductive bigbag- Big bag manufactured with a body fabric woven with conductive yarn in uninterrupted contact with each other and with a surface tension lower than 10^7 Ohm’ and therefore designed to ground the energy safely.

Safe way of usage: Used for flammable products in powder form. Should be used when there exists flammable and explosive solvents and gases in the environment.

Never Use: If the grounding mechanism is damaged or missing.

FIBC – Type D

Chromiq bigbag- Bigbag which diffuses the energy that occurs during filling or discharging safely to the atmosphere. Type D bigbags do not need grounding unit to operate and are designed to reduce the serious risks that the operator’s negligence of grounding or misapplication may cause to zero.
Safe way of usage: : Used for flammable products in powder form. Should be used when there exists flammable and explosive solvents and gases in the environment.
Never Use: If the surface of the bigbag is covered with any conductive material such as water or oil.
